5. What is your return policy?
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
Items must be in pristine condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

6. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

7. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Non-returnable items include personalised or custom-made items, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
