Return & Refund Policy

Every Novaro Co. product is crafted with care and attention to detail, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, it does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in pristine condition - unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging - accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Because our products are curated with precision, we ask that they are returned in the same impeccable condition in which you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@novaroco.com. Once approved, you will receive instructions along with the designated return address. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right with priority care.

Non-returnable items include personalised or custom-made items, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards. If unsure, contact us before making your return.

For exchanges, the fastest way to receive your desired item is to return your current item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

For customers within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, provided the product is returned in its original unused condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, banking and credit card providers may take additional time to complete the refund process.
